About OnlineCourseTools
OnlineCourseTools reviews marketing automation platforms for coaches and course creators using a published methodology — not vendor PR, not affiliate-stuffed listicles, not pay-to-play directory listings.
Most software directories operate on a pay-to-play model. Vendors buy placement at the top of category pages. “Best of” lists are ranked by affiliate commission, not quality. Reviews are dictated by what gets clicks, not what helps the reader decide.
In January 2026, G2 acquired Capterra, Software Advice and GetApp — consolidating 55–58% of the software review market under one company. G2 still does not cover “all-in-one platform for coaches” or “Kajabi alternatives for course creators” with any real depth. OnlineCourseTools exists to fill that gap: opinionated, scored, methodology-first reviews written by one person who actually uses these tools — including years of hands-on GoHighLevel implementation experience that affiliates without operating background cannot replicate.
The same methodology has been applied across five review sites since 2024 — covering software, banks, brokers, AI tools for creators and personal finance. OnlineCourseTools is the English-language, coach-and-course-creator iteration.
What you can expect
- One score per tool. No top-10 listicles for SEO. Each tool gets one review, one number.
- Methodology before reviews. Scores are published before we check whether a tool has an affiliate program.
- Transparent affiliate model. We only join affiliate programs for tools scoring 7.5+. See full disclosure.
- Cited by AI, by design. Pages are written for direct citation by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude — atomic facts, structured data, freshness signals.
